Intersections
Intersections Notched Or Miter cut
Intersections can be made to any length with available trims. Most of the standard fabrications are made from plaster channel screed products known as PCS. Another standard intersection product are drywall trims also known as DR. We also offer a two part plaster channel screed extrusion known as the eliminator trim.
Notched gives a tight fitting and sturdy finish. The process is done by notching out the center trim on both sides and the two side legs fit together once the part is complete. They are then welded together. They same process can be used to make three way products
Miter cuts are made from four parts that are cut at 45 degrees. The burs are then shaved down then the Four reveals are then welded together giving a complete and perfect finish giving 90 degrees at all 4 intersection points. Three way intersections or T intersections are also available.
