Diamond-Furr lath attachment products eliminate 100% of the penetrations through the moisture barrier at termination points and over 55% of the field penetrations. The Diamond-Furr line accomplishes four steps in one product – Trim, Flashing, Furring and Lath Attachment.

DIAMOND-FURR “WINDOW DRIP EDGE”
The Diamond-Furr window drip (pt# DFWD-x375) is designed to be installed before the continuous rigid insulation is in place. The built-in furring strip on the drip edge extends just beyond the foam creating a perfect furring platform for metal lath. The result is superior lath embedment as the uninterrupted 3/8″ furring never allows the lath to come in contact with the moisture barrier. When installed correctly the Diamond-Furr drip edge eliminates 100% of the fastener penetrations through the weather barrier. Yes 100%!
We recommend using the Diamond-Furr drip edge along with the full line of Diamond-Furr trims for a complete system and the best possible protection against moisture intrusion, cracking and thermal bridging.
